ECC Curriculum

Early Childhood Connected is a 36-week program designed for young learners ages 2-5. ECC is influenced by Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences and play based philosophies. The curriculum covers math, science, literacy, art and movement with an emphasis on social emotional skills and mindfulness.
This flexible daily schedule mimics a typical school year calendar and is split into three 12-week trimesters. Each week, a new unit and theme is introduced, containing all of the activities, stories, and letters that expand on the theme. For roughly 30-90 minutes a day, you may control how much or how little time you need to spend on the curriculum. Multiple optional activities are provided, which you can use to build onto a lesson. These activities tend to get increasingly more challenging, as skills develop.
